SIMPLE BY DESIGN

Useful information in seconds.

Couriers are working.

DP Radar should not require lengthy forms or constant attention.

During a shift

01

1. Check Live

See current courier-reported issues around you.

Filter by:

  • store issues
  • long waits
  • access
  • parking
02

2. Open the Map

View live incidents and useful location intelligence geographically.

03

3. Report something useful

Choose a simple report type:

  • Store issue
  • Long wait
  • Access
  • Parking
  • Wrong pin
  • Working again

Add a short note only if it helps.

04

4. Confirm what you see

If another courier has already reported the issue:

Still happening

If it has cleared:

Working again

That keeps information current without requiring long conversations.

Confidence

One report starts the signal.

Community confirmation strengthens it.

DP Radar does not automatically treat one person's report as established fact.

Confidence considers things such as:

  • independent courier confirmations
  • how recent the reports are
  • whether the courier was near the location
  • contradictory observations
  • recovery reports

Confidence naturally falls as reports become older.

Temporary issues expire.

Persistent knowledge

Live problems disappear. Useful place knowledge remains.

Some information should survive beyond a single shift.

Examples:

  • correct entrance
  • private road
  • difficult turning
  • wrong platform pin
  • steep or narrow access
  • vehicle suitability
  • parking limitations

These are stored separately from temporary incidents and can be reverified over time.

Looking ahead

Built to work beside the apps you already use.

The web MVP is the first stage of DP Radar.

The longer-term experience is designed around a background courier radar:

Start your shift, return to your delivery platform, and receive relevant location-aware intelligence when it matters.

The delivery platform remains your work app.

DP Radar becomes the intelligence layer around it.
