BETTER TOGETHER

Local knowledge becomes more useful when it is shared.

The value of DP Radar comes from practical courier experience.

Not followers.

Not likes.

Not endless comments.

Useful information.

Ways to contribute

01

Report

Tell nearby couriers about a genuine operational issue.

02

Confirm

Let others know an existing report is still accurate.

03

Recover

Tell the network when a problem has cleared.

04

Correct

Help improve entrances, pins and delivery access information.

05

Verify

Confirm that existing location knowledge is still accurate.

Community standards

Report the situation, not the person.

Good DP Radar contribution:

Store systems down. Staff say delivery orders are not currently appearing.

Not:

This store is useless. Avoid these idiots.

DP Radar works best when information is:

  • factual
  • current
  • short
  • operational
  • respectful

No customer exposure

Never post:

  • customer names
  • residential addresses in public notes
  • telephone numbers
  • delivery instructions containing personal information
  • order identifiers
  • screenshots showing customer information

DP Radar is about delivery conditions, not customers.

Different couriers, different needs

What is easy on a bike may be difficult in a car.

What works for a scooter may not work for a van.

DP Radar can therefore capture vehicle-relevant information without claiming there is one universal “best” way to access a location.

Cardiff beta

Starting local.

DP Radar is beginning in Cardiff.

Starting with one area allows the community to build useful density rather than launching an empty national map.

As the network grows, additional areas can be opened.
