WHY DP RADAR EXISTS
Delivery partners already have the intelligence.
They just haven't had one place to share it.
DP Radar started with a simple observation:
Couriers constantly help each other.
At collection points they warn each other about broken merchant systems, long waits, poor access, parking enforcement, wrong map pins and difficult routes.
The information is valuable.
But it usually disappears as soon as everyone leaves.
DP Radar turns those passing conversations into useful, current local intelligence.
Our purpose
Help delivery partners make better-informed decisions.
DP Radar is not trying to replace Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat or navigation apps.
Those platforms run the delivery marketplace.
DP Radar focuses on something different:
what doing the work is actually like.
The aim is to reduce avoidable wasted time, unnecessary mileage and repeated discovery of problems other couriers already know about.
The principle
Every difficult delivery should make the next one easier.
If several couriers discover that:
- a platform pin is wrong
- an entrance is difficult to find
- a private road is not mapped
- a store regularly has a specific access issue
that knowledge should not disappear after each delivery.
DP Radar helps turn individual experience into community knowledge.
Platform neutral
Your work may happen across several apps.
DP Radar is designed as an independent courier intelligence layer.
The long-term vision is to support delivery partners working across:
- Uber Eats
- Deliveroo
- Just Eat
- grocery delivery
- parcel and courier platforms
- other last-mile delivery work
The community belongs to the people doing the deliveries, not one marketplace.
What DP Radar is not
DP Radar is not:
- a dispatch platform
- a substitute for navigation
- a place to share customer information
- a public complaint board
- a courier gossip feed
- a tool for interfering with platform orders
It is a practical operational intelligence network.
